Please read these product terms and conditions carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law and set out the terms under which DigitalFrameCompany.Com makes the products available to you ("Product Terms").

1. Prices
The prices payable for the items that you order are clearly set out on the web site or other company material. If, by mistake, we have under-priced an item, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we dispatch the item concerned. The price of the items does not include the delivery charge which will be charged at the rates applicable at the date you place your order and which will be displayed in the 'Delivery' section of the web site.
Product information is included on the site and if there is anything which you do not understand, or if you want more information, please see our glossary or 'Contact us' section on the web site.
We are not currently registered for VAT.
2. Availability
Only items which are in stock will be shown on our site. However, occasionally we may be unable to supply a particular item, in which case we will contact you as soon as possible.
3. Acceptance
There will be no contract of any kind between you and us unless and until we actually dispatch the goods to you. Your order is an offer to buy from us. Nothing that we do or say will amount to any acceptance of that offer until we actually dispatch the goods to you. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods to you without giving any reason. At the moment that the goods are dispatched (and not before), a contract will be made between you and us. Where items are dispatched separately, then our acceptance of the order in respect of each item takes place when that item is dispatched, and you will be charged for each item when it is dispatched.
4. Delivery
Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the order form.
Please note that we can only deliver products within the UK and Ireland. Most areas are covered by our friendly and helpful couriers who will deliver your order direct to your door.
We do our best to secure delivery within 30 days of the date of your order but shall not be liable for loss occasioned by delay in delivery arising out of any cause beyond our control.
We aim to deliver your order within 3 to 7 working days, although where your order is delivered outside mainland UK, delivery may take longer.
5. Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order up to 7 working days after the day following the delivery of the goods by calling our Customer Services department on 01727 800232. In the event that the goods have already been dispatched at the date of receipt of your cancellation of the order you must return the goods to us and we will credit your credit or debit card with the price of the goods within 30 days beginning with the day on which notice of cancellation was given.
If you do not return the goods within 14 days of your cancellation, we will make a charge in respect of the cost of recovering the goods. If you do not return the goods within 28 days of your notice of cancellation, you will be deemed to have accepted the goods, at which point a new purchase contract will be made and you will be charged for your order at the price set out on the web site. This does not affect your statutory rights.
6. Returns
We hope you will be happy be with your purchase but should you wish to return any item(s) please follow the instructions below.
When returning product we recommend that:
- You use a carrier that offers shipment tracking; and
- You insure the package for its full value.
You will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during transit.
Non-faulty items
If there is no fault, please return the goods within 7 working days of receipt. If the goods are returned un-damaged in their original and undamaged packaging, we will exchange them or offer a refund based on your original payment method.
You are required to take reasonable care of all of the components. If you do not return the goods in the original and undamaged packaging with all of their components, we will be unable to re-sell the items as new. You will liable for any loss in value caused by your failure to take care of all of the components, which may be up to 50% of the order price.
Please note that we are unable to accept back non-faulty items after 7 days of receipt.
Faulty items
A product is considered “dead on arrival” (DOA) if it shows symptoms of hardware failure, preventing basic operation, upon its first use out of the box.
If you believe your product is DOA please call Customer Services on 01727 800232 within 7 days of delivery. Upon confirmation of the product being DOA you will then be offered the following options :
- Replacement
A replacement product will be shipped to you at DigitalFrameCompany.Com’s expense and details of how to return the DOA product will be provided. - Refund
A full refund will be given and details of how to return the product provided. - Repair
You may have the product repaired, however once serviced, the product is no longer eligible for replacement. If the product is not deemed to be DOA, the manufacturer’s standard warranty will apply.
Every product carries a manufacturer’s warranty for a minimum of 12 months. Where a fault develops with the items more than 7 days after delivery we will arrange for the item to be repaired under the terms of the manufacturers warranty, which provides cover for failures that are due to defects in materials or workmanship which occur during normal use. The warranty does not cover damage or failures which result from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, faulty installation, improper maintenance, improper voltage supply, interference from or with other electronics devices, alteration, maladjustment of customer controls, modification, acts of nature i.e. Earthquakes etc, and service by anyone other than the respective manufacturer's service centre.
All returns for repair should be returned with proof of purchase. Failure to provide this proof may result in the repair becoming chargeable.
Repair turnaround time is dependant on the relevant manufacturer’s current workload. We will not accept any claims for losses due to a product’s downtime.
DigitalFrameCompany.Com may void the warranty and charge for the repair if in its opinion the fault has been caused by malicious or accidental damage or misuse.
All agreed warranty repairs will be returned to the purchaser at the cost of DigitalFrameCompany.Com.
7. Payment
You can pay by variety of credit cards including Mastercard and Visa credit card, and Switch or Delta debit cards. Your credit/debit card details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of unauthorised access or disclosure. Authority for payment must be given at the time of order.
Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the relevant items.
We accept orders only from Web browsers that permit communication through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, for example, 3.0 version or higher of Explorer and versions 3.02 or higher of Netscape. This means you cannot inadvertently place an order through an unsecured connection.
8. General
These Product Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the English courts.
If any of these Product Terms is held by any court of competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, this will not affect the validity of the remaining Product Terms which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
